Your week, in your own words
Most of us end the week not really knowing what happened in it. Your brain watches quietly all week and writes you a short letter about it on Sunday night.
What it does
- Sends a plain-language recap every week: what you worked on, what you decided, what you said yes to, what’s still unfinished.
- Highlights the threads still dangling — the promises you made that nobody’s chased you on yet.
- Gets better at what to include (and what to leave out) as you read it.
The reveal
Ask it any time, not just Sundays: “what did I change my mind about this month?” or “what have I been avoiding?” The answer is a mirror, not a dashboard.
What it doesn’t do
No productivity scoring. No “you were 87% focused this week” garbage. Just a thoughtful note from the part of you that was paying attention.
